How does the church emerge stronger from difficulty and persecution that it faces simply because they follow Jesus Christ? In this talk the Apostle Peter shows Christians the great importance of leadership in the church. Christian men need to understand how crucial they are in leadership not only at home but also in local church leadership positions. Men need to keep growing and training to be in servant leadership roles as Deacons and Elders. This FORGE Talk will address such important questions as: Who are the leaders of the church? How did they become leaders? What should church leaders do and how do they do it? What will leaders get out of serving? What about churches as multigenerational families-how does it work?
