Legacy

Give today. Build a legacy for generations.

FORGE exists to build great men as God defines greatness and equip them to live lives of meaning and impact.

For many friends of FORGE, generosity does not have to be limited to writing a check or making an online donation. There are other ways to support the mission of FORGE through retirement assets and estate planning.

Here are several options you may want to consider with your financial, tax, or legal advisor.

Give From Your IRA

Qualified Charitable Distributions

If you are age 70½ or older, you may be able to make a Qualified Charitable Distribution, commonly called a QCD, directly from an eligible IRA to FORGE.

For 2026, an individual may make up to $111,000 in Qualified Charitable Distributions. A QCD is made directly from your IRA to an eligible charitable organization and, when all requirements are met, is generally excluded from your taxable income.

If you are required to take a Required Minimum Distribution, a qualifying QCD can also count toward satisfying all or part of that year’s RMD.

For some donors, this can be an effective way to support FORGE using retirement assets they were already planning to distribute.

How do I make a QCD?

Contact your IRA custodian and tell them you would like to make a Qualified Charitable Distribution directly to FORGE.

Because tax circumstances differ from person to person, we recommend speaking with your tax or financial advisor before making a QCD.

Leave a Legacy Through Your Estate

Your investment in men can continue long into the future.

After providing for the people you love, you may choose to include FORGE as part of your estate plan.

A legacy gift can potentially be made through:

• A Will or Trust

• A retirement account beneficiary designation

• A life insurance beneficiary designation

• A specific dollar amount or asset

• A percentage of your estate

• The remainder of your estate after other gifts have been distributed

A gift through your estate can allow you to make a significant future investment in the mission of FORGE without affecting your finances today.

It is a simple way to help ensure that future generations of men continue to hear biblical truth, build meaningful relationships, and grow into the men God has called them to be.

Your Legacy Can Help Build Great Men

Every week, men throughout Central Florida gather through FORGE to study God’s Word, build authentic friendships, and become better equipped to lead in their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.

FORGE also makes biblical teaching and discipleship resources available through videos, podcasts, livestreams, downloadable studies, and partnerships with local churches.

Your generosity helps make that possible.

Whether you choose to give today, give through your retirement assets, or remember FORGE in your estate plan, you can help equip men now and help ensure that the work continues for generations to come.
